BE Pure - Return & Refund Policy At BE Pure, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers and the well-being of their pets. 1. Return Period Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. 2. Eligible Conditions for Returns BEPET: Animal food and vitamins must be unopened, with the original seal intact and in their original packaging. BE AQUA: Water treatment components, RO parts, and equipment must be unused and in their original condition. Returns are accepted if the product is damaged during transit or if the incorrect item was delivered. 3. Non-Returnable Items Opened animal food or vitamin containers. Installed or used water treatment filters and membranes. 4. Refund Process Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method or bank transfer within 5-7 business days. 5. Shipping Costs If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will cover the shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
