Return & Refund Policy
1. Overview
Ufora Marketplace provides an escrow-based payment system to protect both buyers and sellers. Returns and refunds are governed by individual seller policies and Ufora's platform rules. All transactions are secured on the Arbitrum blockchain.
2. Buyer Protections
- Funds are held in escrow until you confirm receipt. Do not confirm until satisfied.
- If you receive an item not as described, open a dispute within 14 days of delivery.
- Funds auto-release to the seller after 14 days if no dispute is raised.
- You may request a return from delivered or completed orders via the order page.
3. Return Eligibility
Returns may be eligible when:
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Item not as described in the listing
- Wrong item received
- Change of mind returns are at seller discretion
4. Return Process
- Go to My Orders and open the relevant order.
- Click Request Return and select a reason.
- The seller will review and respond within 3 business days.
- If the seller approves, ship the item back and provide tracking.
- If the seller rejects or does not respond, you may escalate to a dispute.
5. Refund Timeline
Once a return is approved and confirmed by admin:
- SPACEL token refunds are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Store credit refunds are immediate.
6. Disputes
If a return cannot be resolved between buyer and seller, either party may escalate to a dispute. Ufora admin will review evidence and make a final binding decision.
